Your data belongs to you.
What we hold, who can see it, what the AI does with it, and how it leaves when you say so.
- Where your data lives
Your listings, contacts and conversations are stored in your workspace, separated from every other customer's. Hosting region is shown in your workspace settings.
- Who can see it
You, and the people you give roles to. Permissions are per seat, per team, per branch. Our staff access a workspace only to resolve a support request you've opened, and every such access is logged and visible to you.
- What the AI does
It drafts replies, sorts messages by intent, scores leads, writes captions and reports, and checks prices against comparables. It does this with your workspace data and the listing in front of it.
- You set the approval rules
Choose automated approval within guidelines you set, or require your approval for every action. If you choose to approve every action, WingCaster asks via email and/or WhatsApp before proceeding. It books viewings only in the hours you set, and you can change or cancel any of them. Your data is not used to train models for anyone else.
- Audit trail
Every action is logged with who, what and when, whether it happened in the app, in the browser or on WhatsApp.
- Security
Two-factor authentication and passkeys on every account. Encrypted in transit and at rest. Sessions you can see and end.
- Export and deletion
Export your data through the supported export tools. Agency deletion requests have a 30-day cancellation period. An automated job processes scheduled account and agency deletion requests once due, deleting covered content from the active database and irreversibly anonymising account records, with exceptions for retained financial and audit records. Failed requests remain pending for retry. Requesting deletion does not immediately erase the data. The job does not erase backup copies; no fixed backup-expiry period or universal vendor-deletion deadline is stated here. See the Privacy Policy and DPA for details.
- WhatsApp
WhatsApp is one way into your workspace, never the only one. If WhatsApp is unavailable, everything is in the app and the browser.
